Casa do Brasil plans Round Rock restaurant

The Brazilian steakhouse is slated for the former Cork & Barrel Pub space on East Palm Valley Boulevard. Its menu centers on churrasco service, with grilled meats carved at the table and a salad bar with vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, seafood, soups and seasonal dishes.

Casa do Brasil already operates in Austin, College Station, Houston and Waco. A Round Rock restaurant would add another Central Texas location in a city that continues to draw dining and retail projects along the Interstate 35 corridor.
